Is the Guarantor Agreement Really Free?
Yes. We offer the tenancy document service for free as an introduction to our services. We have other paid services such as property advertising, tenant credit checks and rent guarantee insurance. These are optional and you can create free documents without using our paid services.
Is There a Subscription to Pay?
No. You can create a Guarantor Agreement completely free. As part of creating the document, you create a free Mudhut account which does not require a subscription and we don't ask for credit card details.
What Are Electronic Signatures?
Electronic signatures are electronic forms of signature which can be used to legally sign documents and contracts. Documents signed electronically are typically completed 80% faster than traditional paper-based documents.
Are Electronic Signatures Legal?
Yes. The UK has accepted electronic signatures since 2000, since the Electronic Communications Act 2000, and now adheres to the eIDAS regulations which give businesses the option to use e-signatures whilst trading.
