A buyer can make their offer directly to the seller for a private sale - just go to the ad, click on the Add Offer button and fill out the details of your offer.
We will immediately notify the seller of your offer and they will accept or decline the offer. You can track the progress from the Offers section under the Buy tab.
About Offers
An offer isn’t legally binding in England and Wales until contracts are exchanged.
If a buyer makes an offer 'subject to contract', this means the price can still be negotiated (eg if a survey finds a problem with the property).
