You can report a repair on a propery to ensure it's been reported in writing:
- Sign in and go to the Tenants page
- Find the tenancy in the Tenancies panel and click into it
- Click on the Report Property Issue button
- Choose the relevant categories and complete the rest of the repair report
- Submit the repair report
The landlord will be notifed of the report immediately. They can also add notes to keep you informed of progress.
