Make sure you arrive for the viewing in good time so you can familiarise yourself with the local area.
We'd suggest you take a tape measure with you to measure any and to take photos of the each property so you don't forget which one's which (get permission from the seller first of course).
Ask the seller about the property, the neighbourhood, schools, why they're selling and where they're moving to.
This is also a good opportunity to build a rapport with the seller that will be a great help with any negotiations over price or terms of sale.
