How Do I Get a Tenant Credit Check?

A New Tenant

You can get a Tenant Credit Check for a new tenant as follows:

1. Sign in and go to the Letting page
2. Click on the Get Credit Check button and follow the procedure through to the end

The credit check will be created immediately after you have made payment. It will be stored in your account and you can view it at any time from the Letting page.

An Existing Tenant

You can get a Tenant Credit Check for a tenant that already has an account on Mudhut as follows:

1. Sign and and go to the Connections page
2. Find the tenant in your list of connections (or use the search facility to request a connection)
3. Click on the tenant name to go to their profile page
4. Click on the Get Credit Check in the Credit Checks panel
5. Follow the procedure through to the end

The credit check will be created immediately after you have made payment. It will be stored in your account and you can view it at any time from the Letting page.
