How do I Verify My Details?

You can verify the details on your Mudhut profile to show to other Mudhut users that your information is genuine. This helps reassure other Mudhut users that you are a trustworthy person to deal with.

Verify Your Email

To verify your email address, we will send you an email with a verification code:

1. Go to your My Profile page
2. Click the Verify Email button
3. Check your email address and click the Send Code button
4. Check your email account for the email and click on the link

You email address will now be marked as verified.

Verify Your Phone Number

To verify your phone number, we will send you an SMS with a verification code:

1. Go to your My Profile page
2. Click the Verify Phone button
3. Check your phone number and click the Send Code button. We will send you an SMS with the verification code
4. When you receive the SMS, copy over the verifcation code and click the Verify button

You phone number will now be marked as verified.

Verify Your ID

You can verify your identity by using our instant onlline ID check as follows:

• Sign in and go to the My Profile page
• In the Verifications panel, click on the Verify ID button
• Complete your details
• Confirm the details and complete the report

The check will be added to your profile and your ID marked as Verified.
