When Will the Landlord Respond to my Enquiry?

Landlords often receive multiple enquiries a day for their property and have other commitments such as day jobs to juggle with renting out their property.

We ask that you are patient when waiting for a response on a property by giving the landlord 48 hours to respond.

If the landlord does not read a message after 48 hours we will send them a reminder by email and SMS.

Sometimes landlords can be inundated with enquiries so one way to stand out from the crowd is to apply to rent the property.

You will need to supply a few details about yourself such as your salary and employment details.

What If They Still Don't Respond?

If a landlord is unresponsive it usually means the property is no longer available.

We do apologise if a landlord hasn't responded to your enquiry. Our platform requires co-operation from the landlord, and when this doesn't happen it is frustrating for both tenants and us.
